Chair yoga is for everyone. Sometimes you may have an injury, feel off balance, lack confidence, or simply have a weakness in one area. You can still do hatha yoga, feel comfortable yet receive the benefits from working with a chair. With the aid of a chair we will do warm ups, seated and standing poses, flows, balances and deep relaxation. Using the Golden Lotus principles of awareness of body, mind and spirit, breathing techniques and meditation you will be pleased with how you feel after class without having to get down on the floor, yet still experience a well-rounded routine. Some attest you may even get more benefit in various poses than doing them without the chair. Build strength, awareness, confidence, peace, health and relaxation. All levels friendly, no experience needed.
