Gentle Yoga is an ancient science of uniting body, mind, breath and spirit to promote the benefits of peace, relaxation, health and help to relieve the effects of stress. Class will be done on a mat with seated, standing, lying, and balancing postures utilizing the breath and relaxation to allow for better awareness. Yoga provides stretching and flexibility for muscles, joints and ligaments, massage to internal organs and glands, which all aids the respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems. All levels friendly, no experience needed.
