October Mindfulness Series

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until October 27, 2021
Breath and relax. An opportunity to live a more spacious grounded and creative life through mindfulness practice. Breath work, meditation, philosophy and some gentle movement will be included.
Work will continue and expand for those in earlier sessions, but new registrants are welcome and will find it easy to fit into the sessions – REGISTER ONLINE
