Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient Oriental sciences which are known to bring health, peace, energy, balance and relaxation. They both utilize slow dance-like movements that are easy to learn, easy on the joints, help to improve balance, and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit. They are gentle internal and external exercises, meditation in motion, all based on martial arts, chi energy, breath, and acupressure meridians, increasing your awareness, grounding and centering you. There will be no physical contact with another person, no flipping, punching, kicking etc. This art and science will improve your balance, rejuvenate you, calm you, and help your body bring its health back into balance. All levels friendly, no experience needed.
