Wind Down Wednesdays: Mindfulness Practice (ONLINE)

Join us for a mindfulness practice!
For anyone who has taken Stress Less with Mindfulness, this is an opportunity to practice your mindfulness skills. During these sessions, facilitators will lead various practices introduced in Stress Less with Mindfulness; mindful breathing, body scans, mindful walking, and more. Sessions are offered in the morning and afternoon; join any session that fits your schedule.
Stress Less With Mindfulness introduces participants to the experience and practice of mindfulness, with a goal of reducing stress. Stress Less with Mindfulness is a program authored by West Virginia Extension. To find a class, visit: https://www.canr.msu.edu/stress_less_with_mindfulness/
These practice sessions will be available over Zoom. Instructions on Zoom software and setup will be sent in the confirmation email.
