Registration:  10:00am / Shotgun:  11:00am

Format: Four (4) person team scramble format
(singles, 2-somes and 3-somes will be paired at discretion of tournament committee)

Eligibility: Open to all golfers

Prizes: Prizes awarded for 1st place team, Hole-In-One, Closest-to-the-Pin, Longest Drive, Closest-to-the-Bag, Door Prizes and 50/50 Raffle!!

Entry Fee:  $300 per foursome ($75 per individual)
Includes 18 holes of golf, dinner & dessert, entry into all games & tee prizes (excluding 50/50 and Skins) and gift bag. Additional dinner guests $20 each.
